Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve mobility and overall function.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercise programs.
- Help maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in working with a geriatric population is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and the care team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering compassionate care.
