Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings
• Monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and response to treatments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with protocols
• Assist in creating and implementing individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding care plans and progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, care plans, and self-care management
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings

Qualifications:
• Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN
