Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for workplace health and safety? We are looking for a skilled Occupational Health RN to join our team in South Bend. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large manufacturing setting with a stable schedule, occasional overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide basic first aid and assess workplace injuries, ensuring immediate care and safety.
✅ Perform pre-employment screenings and return-to-work evaluations to support a healthy workforce.
✅ Monitor workplace hazards and assist with safety compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
✅ Administer preventive health services, including flu clinics and immunizations to safeguard employee wellness.
✅ Work collaboratively with management and teams to maintain a culture of safety and health within the company.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Active Indiana RN license required.
✔️ Occupational Health or Workman’s Comp experience preferred.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the confidence to handle health-related situations in the workplace.
✔️ Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
✔️ Ability to travel to other sites as needed for coverage.
✔️ Active Indiana RN license required.
✔️ Occupational Health or Workman’s Comp experience preferred.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the confidence to handle health-related situations in the workplace.
