Your Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Medication Administration & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Patient Education & Support: Empower patients with knowledge and support to manage their health effectively.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous patient records to ensure accuracy and continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Bring at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your clinical proficiency and dedication.
• Certification: Hold a clean and active RN license, showcasing your commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
• CPR Skills: Possess current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification to handle emergencies effectively.
• Passion and Dedication: Demonstrate genuine compassion for patient care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
