Your Day-to-Day:
-
Deliver direct, compassionate care under the guidance of RNs and physicians
-
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition
-
Administer medications, treatments, and injections
-
Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) like bathing, dressing, and mobility
-
Support bedside procedures and wound care
-
Maintain accurate records in the EMR
-
Be a vital voice with patients, families, and fellow care team members
What You Bring to the Team:
-
✅ 1+ year of experience as an LVN (hospital/inpatient experience preferred)
-
✅ Active Texas LVN license in good standing
-
✅ BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
