Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
- Active West Virginia state X-Ray license
- Current ARRT certification
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures as ordered by providers
- Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort during imaging
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality assurance protocols are followed
- Properly label, process, and store images within the EMR/PACS system
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care needs
