Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing patient and family education.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
– Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring patient goals are met and quality care is provided.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, adhering to protocols and safety standards.
– Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
– Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and healthcare instructions.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and progress.
– Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to healthcare providers and adjust care plans as necessary.
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control and patient privacy protocols.

Qualifications:
– Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
– Proven experience in patient assessments and developing care plans.
– Proficiency in administering medications and treatments.
– Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams.
– Excellent communication and patient education skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
– Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time, permanent position.
