About the Role
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in promoting health and wellness for patients of all ages. You’ll partner with individuals and families to provide preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and deliver evidence-based treatment that makes a lasting impact on your community.

What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and self-care strategies
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system

What You’ll Bring
Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (FNP preferred)
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
1–2 years of primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-first mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
