Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients through both telemedicine and office visits, collaborating with supervising physicians to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct complete history and physical examinations on patients to assess their health status.
– Develop and compile individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
– Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
– Interpret radiology and laboratory studies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
– Educate patients and their families about best practices for health management at home.
– Accurately document and update patient records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
– Refer patients to specialists when their condition requires additional expertise.

Qualifications:
– Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina.
– Strong clinical skills, including experience in conducting physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests.
– Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in patient care.
– Experience in telemedicine is preferred but not required.
