Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Vein Specialist

Salary: $90 – $99 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in vein or vascular surgery to join our team in Palmdale, CA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vein treatments and be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-up visits with patients.
– Perform comprehensive history and physical exams to assess patient health.
– Order diagnostic tests, review results, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
– Coordinate patient care and effectively communicate findings with the supervising physician.
– Manage ongoing outpatient care, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
– Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
– Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and necessary lifestyle changes.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in vein or vascular surgery.
– Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
– Proven ability to conduct thorough physical exams and interpret diagnostic results.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
– Proficiency in using EHR systems for maintaining medical documentation.
