Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Vanceburg, KY. The ideal candidate will have expertise in skilled nursing rounding and direct patient care, with the ability to diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually, plus bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct skilled nursing rounds and provide direct patient care.
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
– Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
– Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations.
– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
– Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.

– Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing patient care.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.

Qualifications:
– Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
