Job Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality physical therapy services, focusing on individualized patient care and evidence-based practice.
– Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other members of the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
– Support practice growth and patient retention through excellent communication, patient education, and commitment to exceptional service.
– Work within a dynamic patient setting that values clinical autonomy and teamwork.

– Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
– Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
– Utilization review experience preferred
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes using EMR systems.
