Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our long-term adult care facility. If you’re passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct initial patient intakes and assessments.
– Manage and administer medications as prescribed.
– Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
– Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and well-being.
– Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
– Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
– Perform routine checks on medical equipment and ensure its proper functioning.

Qualifications:
– Valid LPN license from any U.S. state.
– Previous LPN experience preferred.
– Current BLS/CPR certification.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
