LCSW – Adolescent Therapist

Introduction: 
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about helping adolescents and families navigate behavioral and emotional challenges. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide primary behavioral health therapy, conduct assessments, and support youth and families through their treatment journey.

Job Duties:
– Lead individual and group therapy sessions 
– Conduct intake assessments
– Participate in treatment and care planning
– Assist with discharge planning and care coordination
– Provide primary behavioral health therapy

Qualifications:
– LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
– Expertise in adolescent therapy and behavioral health
– 1 year of prior experience in a residential facility or with youth programs preferred
– Ability to lead individual and group therapy sessions while working effectively with adolescents and their families.
– Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
– Strong assessment and care coordination skills
