Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Responsibilities:
– Monitor and document patient vitals, withdrawal indicators, and overall health status.
– Administer medications accurately, including routine med passes, and complete documentation in the KIPU system.
– Conduct regular patient rounds and promptly report any changes to the care team.
– Support detox protocols and assist with admissions, discharges, and daily patient care needs.

Qualifications:
– Active, unrestricted California LVN license
– Prior LVN experience in detox or residential treatment 
– Experience with KIPU software preferred
