Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Responsibilities:
– Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed, including controlled substances, in compliance with facility protocols
– Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
– Provide basic wound care and assist with specimen collection
– Support chronic disease management and patient education
– Assist with intake screenings, daily sick calls, and emergency response situations

Qualifications:
– Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
– Previous LPN experience preferred
– Experience in correctional, urgent care, or behavioral health settings is a plus
