Job Responsibilities:
– Perform phlebotomy and collect blood samples for diagnostic testing
– Process and label specimens according to protocols
– Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold HIPAA standards
– Assist providers with exams, procedures, and care coordination
– Record vital signs and update medical histories
– Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms
– Monitor and manage medical supply inventory
– Work closely with clinical staff to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications:
– Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
– Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
– Experience with EMR systems and accurate charting
– Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
– Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
