Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Mentorship: Oversee and provide direct supervision to a team of 4 Behavioral Technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Child Assessment and Program Development: Conduct thorough assessments of children to design, implement, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on observed needs and data analysis.
- Parent Collaboration and Documentation Review: Engage in regular interviews and consultations with parents and children to address progress and concerns while reviewing and approving session notes to maintain compliance and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 year of experience preferred. Experience with Autism needed.
- Skills: Proficient in patient diagnosis, clinical efficiency, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Education: Valid BCBA license for the state of Georgia.
