Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) fluent in Spanish and English, ready to transition into a remote role that offers balance, purpose, and stability?
We’re seeking a Bilingual LPN to join a growing care coordination team, providing phone-based patient support from the comfort of your home. You’ll guide patients through health screenings using a script and structured questionnaire — all while delivering friendly, compassionate care in both Spanish and English.
Please Note: Spanish fluency is required. This is not optional — applicants must be fully bilingual to be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Take inbound and outbound calls using an auto-dialer system

Conduct scripted patient screenings and questionnaires in both English and Spanish

Document responses accurately and escalate when needed

Help patients feel heard, respected, and understood — all from your home office
What You’ll Need:

Active Arizona LPN license
(You can live in any state, but license must be from AZ) -
Fluency in Spanish and English — required

Strong communication and computer skills
