Schedule:
– 4-Day Work Week

Job Duties:
– Support physicians in daily patient care
– Minimal scribing responsibilities
– Perform phlebotomy, injections, and take vitals
– Prepare and sanitize examination rooms
– Apply knowledge of ICD-9 codes

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare patients for exams and assist providers with clinical procedures.
– Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and lab specimens.
– Perform routine clinical tasks, including administering injections and basic diagnostic tests.
– Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
– Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing or insurance processes.
– Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
– Provide compassionate support and education to patients.
– Follow office protocols, safety guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
– Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through a nationally recognized certifying agency (AAMA, NHA, etc.)
