Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a long-term care medical center near Worcester, MA. The CNA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents and assisting the nursing staff in daily healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist patients with daily activities.
– Monitor and record vital signs.
– Provide mobility assistance and ensure patient comfort.
– Maintain accurate patient records.
– Follow HIPAA compliance standards to ensure patient confidentiality.
– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
– Report any changes in patient conditions to supervising nurses promptly.

Qualifications:
– Valid CNA license.
– CNA experience preferred.
– Proficiency in EMR charting systems preferred.
– Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
– Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to patient care.
