Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
– Take and accurately record vital signs
– Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
– Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition
– Assist nursing staff with medications as directed
– Maintain clean, organized patient areas and equipment
– Escort patients to on-site appointments as needed
– Follow infection control, safety, PPE, and security protocols
– Accurately document patient care and observations

Qualifications:
– Active, unrestricted Massachusetts CNA license
– Previous experience in corrections, long-term care, or medical-surgical settings preferred
– Ability to pass a criminal background check and facility clearance
– Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
