Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Compensation: $31-$33 per hour

– Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
– Triage patient phone calls and relay messages appropriately
– Conduct patient workups, including obtaining medical history, vital signs, and performing ocular assessments, visual field testing, and other ophthalmic diagnostics
– Assist with in-office surgical procedures, including setup, instrument handling, and patient monitoring
– Perform suture/staple removal, facelift dressing changes, and provide pre- and post-operative instructions
– Refill prescriptions and process prior authorizations as needed
– Manage orders and coordinate with specialty pharmacies
– Prepare surgical charts and ensure all necessary documentation and consents are completed
– Provide other administrative and operational support as required

Qualifications:
– Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CMA
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
– Experience in ophthalmology or related field is preferred but not required
