Your Role:
- Start and monitor dialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient progress, respond to changes, and communicate with physicians.
- Act fast in emergencies and be the lifeline patients count on.
- Oversee and mentor dialysis techs, fostering a supportive clinical environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of solid experience in a chronic dialysis setting.
✅ Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
✅ A team player with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
