– Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
– Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Gatesville, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering preventative and therapeutic healthcare services, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and patient interviews
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
– Develop and implement patient management plans
– Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
– Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
– Maintain accurate and timely patient records
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
– Valid NP License in the state of North Carolina
– Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
– Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
