Job Responsibilities:
– Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures for patients of all ages.
– Ensure proper patient identification and accurate specimen handling.
– Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy stations and supplies.
– Accurately document collections and lab activities in EHR/LIS systems.
– Adhere to laboratory protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
– Collaborate with clinical and laboratory staff to support efficient daily operations.
– Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Active certification recognized in the state of Oklahoma.
– Proficiency with EHR and laboratory systems.
– Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-focused communication skills.
