We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Indianapolis, IN. Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct start-of-care assessments and recertifications for patients.
– Provide wound care and monitor patient progress.
– Maintain accurate and timely charting and complete necessary administrative paperwork.
– Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs).
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
– Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and care options.
– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
– Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana required.
– Experience with OASIS documentation is required.
– Experience with wound care, start-of-care assessments, and recertifications preferred.
– Strong organizational and administrative skills, including charting and paperwork.
