Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospice services within the community.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
-Educate healthcare providers, patients, and families about the benefits and services of hospice care.
-Organize and participate in community events to enhance awareness and understanding of hospice services.
-Conduct regular sales calls and visits to healthcare facilities to establish and nurture referral relationships.
-Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure a seamless experience for patients and families.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, community groups, and potential referral sources.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in hospice marketing and business relationship building.
-Strong understanding of hospice services and the ability to communicate their benefits -effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the community.
