Compensation: $68,000 – $72,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 PPD)

Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Oakland, CA. In this role, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to create lasting impact in the lives of at-risk youth within a structured, supportive residential setting. The LCSW will design and lead individualized case plans, facilitate meaningful individual and group therapy sessions, and serve as a strong advocate for each youth’s growth and success. Working closely with schools, caregivers, and community partners, you’ll help ensure each young person receives the holistic support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities:
– Assess youth upon admission and create comprehensive, tailored case plans.
– Facilitate regular therapy sessions addressing emotional, behavioral, and social development.
– Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and celebrate successes.
– Attend school meetings and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and community partners.
– Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, individualized support.
– Maintain detailed documentation to track interventions, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
– Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
– Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth in clinical or social service settings.
– Passion for supporting at-risk youth and helping them achieve their potential.
– Exceptional communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and commitment to excellence in care.
