We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented LPN to join our team in South Bend, IN. This full-time position offers flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and a unique blend of clinical and instructional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct a medication administration class for new hires ad provide annual training for employees (Mondays)
- Perform client check ins either in home or at developmental day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Frequency varies based on client needs (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and training sessions.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Hours: Mondays – Friday (flexible based on patient and class schedules).
- Pay: $32-$34/hour (DOE)
- Bonuses: Referral Bonus and Christmas Bonus
- Benefits Package: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Holidays, and PTO.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Indiana.
- Minimum 1 years of experience, preferable in adult care.
- Previous teaching or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading instructional sessions.
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance in their own name.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a driving record from the last 3 years (DMV required upon hire).
