Key Responsibilities:
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Track and report vital signs, noting any abnormalities.
• Daily Living Assistance: Help patients with activities of daily living to ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise and detailed medical records.
• Routine Procedures: Perform routine procedures and wound care with attention to detail.
• Patient Care Planning: Assist in patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• License: Clean and active LPN license, any state
• Certification: Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
