Job Responsibilities:
– Administer medications and vaccinations, including controlled substances, in accordance with facility protocols
– Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
– Provide basic wound care and assist with specimen collection
– Support chronic disease management and patient education initiatives
– Assist with intake screenings, daily sick call visits, and emergency response as needed

Qualifications:
– Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
– Previous LPN experience preferred
– Experience in correctional health, urgent care, or behavioral health settings is a plus
