Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatrics

Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatric Behavioral Health team! You will provide patient-focused nursing care in a supportive, collaborative environment, helping children thrive while working closely with families and the multidisciplinary care team. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on pediatric mental health and behavioral outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Document care, medications, and patient progress in the electronic medical record system
• Provide nursing care to pediatric residents, including physical assessments and recording vital signs
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and staff
• Assist with daily health center reporting and clinical coordination
• Deliver individualized, high-quality care to children with behavioral health needs

Qualifications:

• Active and valid New York LPN License
• Strong skills in medication administration and clinical documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively
• MUST enjoy working with children
