Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Firm)
Job Duties:
– Provide direct nursing care to pediatric residents
– Conduct thorough physical assessments
– Record vital signs
– Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic health record
– Work closely with RN and interdisciplinary treatment team
– Communicate with families and internal staff
– Document medication administration
– Assist with daily reporting within the health center
Qualifications:
– Must hold an active LPN license in the state of New York
