Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician in an inpatient unit.
Monitor, document, and report vital signs and patient conditions.
Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
Support patient recovery by performing wound care and assisting with bedside procedures.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year as an LVN, preferably in an inpatient or acute care setting.
License: Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.
Certifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
