Job Title: Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team near Bethel Park, PA. The Hospice LPN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families dealing with end-of-life challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care and be committed to providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assisting RNs or Physicians in performing specialized procedures, duties and plan of care items.
-Administering and instructing administration of medication.
-Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. 
-Maintaining regular communication with RN concerning patient and family care needs.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
-LPN license. 
-Nursing or patient care experience preferably within Hospice specialty. 
-Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
