Job Title: LPN -Research
Location: Salem, VA
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct compliance analysis to ensure all claims meet regulatory standards and company policies.
– Perform detailed medical review and pricing analysis to validate the accuracy of claims.
– Handle appeal reviews efficiently, ensuring fair and thorough reconsideration of claims.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of nursing experience required.
– Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools for claims analysis.
