Key Responsibilities:
– Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient information
– Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
– Monitor patients and report changes in condition to nursing or medical staff
– Support patient comfort, education, and overall care experience
– Assist with patient transport and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
– Support clinic operations, including restocking supplies, room turnover, and documentation
– Follow VA policies and HIPAA standards to ensure patient privacy and safety

Qualifications:
– Valid and clean Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institute
– Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, clinic assistant, or similar clinical support role
– Experience in VA, military, or federal healthcare settings preferred
– Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and electronic health records (CPRS/VistA preferred)
