Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant with pediatric experience looking for a rewarding opportunity in a family practice setting? We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team in Chandler. If you have experience working with pediatric patients, enjoy helping families, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Room pediatric patients, take vitals, and assist with exams to ensure every child receives the best possible care.
✅ Manage patient records with precision, specifically for pediatric care, and prepare for appointments to keep the office running smoothly.
✅ Use your expertise in medical assisting to support the healthcare team and provide exceptional care to children and families in a family practice environment.
✅ Navigate ECW EMR with ease to maintain accurate and up-to-date pediatric patient records.
✅ Be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall success and care provided to our pediatric and family patients.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in a family practice with a focus on pediatric care (required).
✔️ A Certificate of completion from an accredited medical assisting school.
✔️ Ability to attest to obtaining a fingerprint clearance card.
✔️ High School Diploma or GED required.
✔️ Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
