Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management & Follow-Up – Review outstanding accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely reimbursement.
Patient Communication – Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and insurance-related questions with professionalism and empathy.
Billing Documentation & Reporting – Maintain precise financial records and generate reports to track collections and revenue trends.
Collaboration – Work closely with insurance companies, providers, and administrative teams to streamline the billing and collections process.
Patient Communication – Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and insurance-related questions with professionalism and empathy.
Billing Documentation & Reporting – Maintain precise financial records and generate reports to track collections and revenue trends.

Qualifications:
✔ Experience: 3+ years preferred in medical billing (therapy, family, or primary care experience a plus)
✔ Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes
✔ Strong Communicator & Team Player – Ability to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
