Wilson Health is hiring a Medical Biller/Coder to join our Occupational Health and Urgent Care team in Sidney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong ICD-10/CPT coding skills, a background in workers’ compensation, and a preference for a steady, weekday schedule in a supportive and low-stress environment.
This is an on-site role to start — with potential for hybrid flexibility after orientation!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Director of Occupational Health/Urgent Care (OHS), you’ll:

Code work-related injuries, illnesses, and urgent care visits using ICD-10 and CPT

Verify insurance and responsible party information

Submit BWC forms and follow up with companies, TPAs, or reps for treatment authorization

Review urgent care dictations and bill visits accordingly
-
Pursue authorization for any unauthorized claims/treatments
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)

Billing/Coding certification preferred

Experience with workers’ compensation billing highly desired

Proficiency in Epic and Sysdoc is required

Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Schedule:

1st Shift with flexible hours: choose 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

No weekends!
