Key Responsibilities:
– Perform and verify complex, high-precision diagnostic tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and transfusion services.
– Operate, troubleshoot, and calibrate cutting-edge laboratory instruments to ensure peak performance.
– Review, interpret, and validate test results with exceptional accuracy and analytical judgment.
– Uphold strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA guidelines.
– Maintain organized, detailed, and compliant documentation and records.
– Safely collect, process, and prepare specimens using industry-leading protocols.
– Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow lab professionals to deliver timely, reliable diagnostic insights.
– Utilize EMR/LIS systems with speed and precision for accurate reporting.
– Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead of evolving laboratory innovations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (required).
– National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) highly preferred.
– Previous clinical laboratory experience strongly valued.
