Job Duties:
– Patient Evaluations: Conduct new patient assessments and routine follow-up visits.
– Medical Assessments: Review medical histories and perform thorough physical examinations.
– Treatment Planning: Collaborate with oncologists to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
– Symptom Management: Monitor and manage side effects of cancer treatments to ensure patient comfort.
– Patient & Family Education: Provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
– Care Coordination: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:
– Active Nurse Practitioner License in California
– Must have experience in Hematology and Oncology
– 1 year of relevant experience
