We are a well-established and patient-centered Primary Care Practice located in Spring Hill, FL, seeking a dedicated and reliable Nurse Practitioner to become a valued member of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within the primary care scope.
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Contribute to practice development initiatives and uphold a high standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner, with managed care experience preferred.
- Licensure: Clean and active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
- Language Skills: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, though not required.
