Key Responsibilities:

– Perform trigger point and joint injections with precision and care.
– Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medical history, symptoms, and concerns.
– Perform comprehensive physical exams and diagnose health conditions.
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
– Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.
– Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
– Stay updated with the latest medical practices, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
– Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality of care.
– Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Nursing and current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
– Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
– Proficiency in trigger point and joint injections.
– Strong clinical skills in consultations and exams.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
