We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Physical Medicine & Rehab team on a 3-month contract basis in Gilbert. Whether you’re a seasoned provider or a new grad ready to grow, this is a fantastic opportunity to build experience in trigger point and joint injections while helping patients recover and regain mobility.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans

Perform (or learn to perform) trigger point and joint injections

Guide patients through rehabilitation and recovery

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Qualifications:

Active Arizona NP license (clean and unrestricted)

Open to new grads and experienced Nurse Practitioners

Strong communication, adaptability, and team spirit

Eagerness to learn in a supportive, patient-focused setting
