Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000 Annually
Schedule:
– Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Duties:
– Provide wound care to patients in their homes
– Perform measurements, develop treatment plans, and administer treatments
– Conduct debridement procedures
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
– Current, clean, and active Nurse Practitioner licensure in North Carolina
– Comfortable with wound care
– Comfortable with home health settings
– Must have a reliable personal vehicle for traveling between locations (Coverage area: Raleigh, Durham, and Fayetteville)
