Job Responsibilities:
– Grow, lead, and supervise the pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
– Coordinate day-to-day workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established safety standards.
– Maintain oversight of staff and patient flow to ensure optimal service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
– Licensed Pharmacist in Texas
– Graduate from an accredited educational institution
– Some experience in retail pharmacy preferred.
– Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
