Responsibilities:
• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens.
• Label, process, and prepare blood specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and test results.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control protocols.
• Interact professionally with patients to alleviate any concerns and create a positive experience.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• Certifications: Possess National Phlebotomy Certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
