We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our expanding Primary Care Practice near Chattanooga, TN. This part-time role provides flexible hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to play a key role in patient care.

In this position, you will be responsible for drawing labs, initiating IVs, managing patient intake for hyperbaric chamber treatments, and supporting administrative duties. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, from children to adults and elderly patients.

- Competitive Pay: Starting at $18/hour (negotiable based on experience).
- Flexible Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8:30 AM – 2 PM) & Tuesday (6:30 AM – 2 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise and efficient blood draws and initiate IV placements.
- Enter patient data accurately into the LabCorp system.
- Prepare and mix IV solutions for daily treatments.
- Assist in hyperbaric chamber therapy, including patient placement and monitoring.
- Organize and manage patient charts for streamlined operations.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with both pediatric and adult patient populations, including elderly patients.
- Attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
