Key Responsibilities:
Draw blood from patients for crucial medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research purposes.
Ensure accurate patient information and meticulous labeling of blood samples.
Execute venipuncture and skin puncture techniques following established protocols.
Uphold impeccable cleanliness and sterilization standards for equipment and work areas.
Provide compassionate patient care to alleviate discomfort and anxiety.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, prioritizing infection prevention and patient well-being.
Properly handle and dispose of biohazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
Support inventory management and restocking of supplies as necessary.
Work in a high-volume facility, performing 60+ blood draws per day.
Engage in constant walking and movement throughout the shift.
Process and handle specimens with precision to ensure accurate lab results.

Requirements:
Nationally Certified as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Graduated from an accredited school and can provide transcripts)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
