What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide one-on-one care by following personalized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
✅ Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
✅ Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
✅ Promote safety, independence, and wellness in the home environment
✅ Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
✔️ Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a home health setting
✔️ A passion for helping patients recover, regain function, and maintain quality of life
